 Extension of time to file petitions for determination of Multi-year Tariff by Generating Companies in the State and M.P. Power Transmission Company Ltd Jabalpur. (date of order 6th May' 2020)

  Government of Madhya Pradesh vide its letter No. F-3/22/2013/13 dated 04.04.2020 has issued the directions under Section 108 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as �the Act�) to the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission to specify a reduced rate of Late Payment Surcharge to be charged by the generating companies and the transmission licensees  during the period of 24.03.2020 to 30.06.2020 on account of the unprecedented situation arising due to restrictions placed by the Central Government vide order dated 24.03.2020 to contain COVID-19.  (Date of order 5th April� 2020)

 Approval of the Detailed Operating Procedure for taking unit(s) under Reserve Shut Down and Mechanism for Compensation for Degradation of Heat Rate, Aux Energy Consumption and Secondary Fuel Oil Consumption, due to Part Load Operation and Multiple Start/Stop of Units under Reserved Shut Down (RSD).
