Petition under section 86(1)(f) 86(1)(b) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for (i) approval of \"Change in Law\" and (ii) seeking an appropriate mechanism for grant of an appropriate adjustment/compensation to offset financial/commercial impact of change in law events on account of impact of anti-dumping duty on Textured Tempered Coated and Uncoated Glass vide GOI Notification No. 26/2024-Customs (Add) dated 4th December 2024, issued by Ministry of Finance, and consequential increase in rate of basic customs duty on import of Textured Tempered Coated and Uncoated Glass used in the manufacturing of the Solar Modules in terms of Article 12.2 of the Power Purchase Agreement dated 09.08.2024 entered between M/s Lokmat Media Private Limited and Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Ltd., for development of solar energy based power plant of 6.8 MW capacity at Village Sisyakhedi, Teh. Bhikangaon, District, Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. |
