Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) is a statutory body functioning under provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003. The Commission is discharging its functions under Section 86 of the Act which includes determination of electricity tariff, regulate power purchase and procurement process, grant of licenses and adjudicate upon disputes.
