Petition under Sections 86(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 4.22 of Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Power Purchase and Procurement Process) Regulations, 2023 (RG-19(II) of 2023) dated 17th February 2023 and Regulation 16.1 of Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Framework for Resource Adequacy) Regulations, 2024 (RG-19(III) of 2024) dated 8th March 2024 for Approval of Capacity Addition to the extent of power from 600 MW Solar with 440 MW BESS, 282.5 MW BESS under Complementary Basis with UPPCL supported through VGF of Rs 12 Lakhs/MWh and Intimation of Revision in Procurement of 3300 MW Solar (1650 MW Solar from SECI & 1650 MW Solar from SJVN approved in Petition No. 33 of 2025) to be procured under Decentralized Solar through KUSUM Scheme/Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Yojana in Madhya Pradesh. |
