In the matter of petition under Section 86(1) and 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003, for adoption of Tariff determined through transparent process of bidding for long term procurement of 1230 MW Electricity from Thermal Power Station of 1320 MW to be set up on Design, Build, Finance, Own and Operate (DBFOO) basis in accordance to MoP Guidelines issued on 5th March’ 2019.
