In the matter of evolving appropriate regulation in lieu of shortfall in renewable
energy procurement and assuring payment thereof towards the sale of electricity
generated by wind electric generators to promote the development of market of
wind power as per section 66 of Electricity Act, 2003 and also as per provisions in
